On enquiry it is learnt that the Modified A C P Scheme order is not yet ready. The Secretary General, FNPO met the DG(P) on 31-07-2009. The S.G told that the file is with the Secretary (Posts) and probably it may take another one week for the department to release the order. Nobody is aware of the details/contents of the order.
