Supply of Swamy's News - monthly magazine.
It is learnt that, the CPMG, Orissa Circle in CO letter no. SD 6-8/2003 dated 19-02-2009 has ordered for supply of Swamy's News (monthly journal) every month to all the IPOs, ASPOs,Gr-B and Gr-A officers, JAOs,AAOs, AOs and Sr.AOs under Orissa Circle with immediate effect.

I had acquired post qualification in Library & Information Science & asked my department for LUMPSUM INSENTIVE FOR HIGHER QUALIFICATION but they refuse that library science is not in govt list or in any OM published by DOPT or Dept of per...

I would like to bring a few lines for your kind information. Sir, I have joined in the ICAR Services (Government of India under Ministry of Agricultural) as a Junior Clerk/LDC in November, 1985 and got only one Promotion as Senior Clerk/UDC in the Year of September 1992. After that I did not get any promotion till June 2007. In the year 2007 I took VRS on 01/06/2007. I have rendered the total Service of 21 years 7 Months. In my entire service, I got only one promotion. Sir, please tell me whether I am eligible to get the benefit of 2nd ASSURED CAREER PROGRESSION SCHEME. If I will be in service my Superannuation is in May 2021.

Clarify whether all type school fees listed in OM dtd Oct 2008, school dress, school books and shoes can be reimbursed in hostel subsidy. If not, desribe the fees which can be reimbursed in hostel subsidy.

When I was working as Stenographer Grade-I (9300-34000 + Grade Pay 4200) in Delhi ( I had joined in Govt service in Nov 1988 as Stenographer grade III), I had applied for a transfer to Kerala on unilateral transfer on request in the year 2008, I got that transfer but that was Stenographer grade III (grade pay 2400) due to some family problems I accepted and joined.
After joining I got 2nd MACPS may previous office had fixed my pay and given 4600 grade pay. but my new office is not accepting to give the grade pay of 2nd MACP.
Sir, Now the DOPT issued an OM clarifying that in case of transfer including unilateral transfer on request regular service rendered in previous office shall be counted alongwith the regular service in the new organisation for the purpose of getting financial upgradation under the MACPS. However financial upgradation under the MACPS shall be allowed in the immediate next grade pay in the hierachy of revised pay bands.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly clarify what will be the grade ( I have completed 22 years service in Nov 2010) according to the OM mentioned above.
