vacant HSG-I posts to be filled-up

It is learnt that the approved HSG-II officials who are now officiating in HSG-I posts though not completing 3years in HSG-II cadre will also be promoted as HSG-I in relaxation of normal recruitment rules as one time measure. orders are expected early.
