Increase of DA by 9% for GDS

Dearness Allowance for GDS has been increased by 9%

i.e. from 114% to 123% from 01-07-2009

as per Dte. memo no. 14-5/2009-PAP dated 08-10-2009

The GDS pay revision orders are expected very soon. It is expected that the arrears are to be paid before Deewali. In order to speed up the process of drawal and disbursement of Arrear Pay for GDS, the undertaking form as furnished below may be downloaded and submitted by all GDS to concerned DDOs for early action.

UNDERTAKING

I hereby undertake that any excess payment that may be found to have been made as a result of incorrect fixation of pay or any excess payment detected in the light of discrepancies noticed subsequently will be refunded by me to the Government either by adjustment against future payments due to me or otherwise.
